Information you provide
Website forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, organization, general location, program-interest responses, referral details, partnership information, or a description of the help or opportunity you want to discuss.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking or payment-card information, copies of identity documents, medical records, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form.
How information may be used
Graceful Hands Giving Hope may use submitted information to review a request, determine possible program fit, make or coordinate a referral, respond to a giving or funding inquiry, evaluate a partnership, improve programs, prevent misuse, and document community needs in aggregated or de-identified form.
Sharing
Information may be shared internally with people responsible for reviewing the request. With permission or when reasonably necessary to respond, limited information may be shared with a relevant referral or program partner. Graceful Hands Giving Hope does not promise that submitting a form will produce services, placement, funding, or a response by a particular time.
Retention + security
Submissions may be retained for program, referral, safeguarding, reporting, and operational purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is directed to adults. A parent, guardian, school, church, or responsible referring adult should make inquiries involving a child. Do not submit a child’s sensitive records through a general form.
