You do not need the whole plan before you take the first step.

Tell us what opportunity you are trying to reach and what is standing between you and it. We will help determine whether a Graceful Hands Giving Hope pathway—or a better referral—may fit.

18-Month Independence Program

Ready to work. Ready to build. Ready to own your next step.

This structured shared-housing and transportation pathway is designed for adults who are serious about work, financial stability, and future ownership.

Important:

This is not a lease application, shelter, rehab, detox, or treatment program. Sending an interest form does not promise a spot.

This may be a fit if you are:

Ready and able to work
Able to meet employer drug-screen rules
Ready to live substance-free
Comfortable with shared housing and shared work rides
Willing to follow a budget and savings plan
Serious about independence and homeownership

We help with the start

You may not be able to cover everything before the first full paychecks.

Short-term launch help may cover part of the cost while pay gets steady. As income stabilizes, participants take on more of their housing and program costs.

Help gets you started. The goal is to pay your own way.
